The hurt of our solutions is COMMSERVER – COMMGATE (Microbase TM). We serve the complete geographical area of the infrastructure project. We design procure and commission a distributed open source code telecommunication system acomodated in hardware from VoIP specialist companies such as AudioCodes (Israel) and Snom (Germany).

The open source nature of the code assures full access to it by our specialist team of certified engineers, leading to all different integration levels depending on project specifications. Besides the above:

Our basic concern is RAMS compliance (Reliability-Availability-Manageability-Safety) of the solutions provided to be very high, for such critical telecom applications.
All propositions are customized in order to cover all diversified needs of the involved parties. In our solutions we combine the telecommunication and public address needs of the operational parts of a highway, Operation and Maintenance buildings, Toll Plazas, Open Highway Emergency Roadside Telephones (ERTs), Tunnel Emergency Communications. Subsequently we support all distinct manpower groups that handle all necessary activities blending wired and wireless, GSM and/or VoIP over WiFi technologies into one system.
In order to assure that all critical information necessary for Crisis Management related with Motorists is always available, Control Center Communications and Emergency Services Coordination has to run smoothly and problem free. For that reliability measures are provided with critical hardware components duplication (Hot stand by servers, redundant power supplies etc) . Besides all the above, hardware ruggedness provides our design topology with installation options starting from air conditioned Main Computer Room till Highway Roadside Emergency Pillar, covering all environmental conditions (Humidity, weatherproof up to IP 66, vandal resistance, etc)

The principle that an emergency call always has to go through with priority at first attempt is not negotiable. So our software provides alternative call routing modes in case of network failure. Appropriate automated audible relief announcements for the user make on hold period bearable till the assistance agent takes over the situation.
Call recording is an integrated capability of our solutions in both incoming or outgoing calls. Easy access on the voice recording archives is provided through friendly Web Interface and can be exported to a variety of different file formats. Other CTI Applications can be provided.
