System Integration With Central Supervision

Αs we offer Emergency Applications to Authorities we must be able to assure them that their Emergency service is always available. From our point of view means that periodically we check all active equipment involved (servers, ATAs, ERTs etc) to be sure they are all stand by & operational in real time. On the other hand we communicate all assurance & fault messages to a Central Supervision system.

With its use Operation Personnel maintains the system to be fully ready for the public:

TO PRESS THE BUTTON OR LIFT THE RECEIVER THAT INITIATES AN EMERGENCY CALL AND THAT CALL ALWAYS GOES THROUGH!

System Integration With Central Supervision

The monitoring system for the management and the health check of the ERTs and other active equipment is an integrated service provided by our telecommunication system.

Safenet integrates in its network Microbase Monitoring console, a Software service that monitors one or more Commserver or Minicom PABXs & other equipment like ATAs, SIP phones, SMART enabled Gaitronics ERTs, VoWIFI IP terminals etc.
The service provides:
– Connectivity monitoring.
– Device status monitoring.
– Call monitoring .
– Support can be added for any kind of device/telecommunication equipment.
Data exchange is provided between the telecommunication system and the Central Supervision following Industrial Market Trend protocolls (TCP MODBUS, OPC, etc). All ERT and other mission critical equipmen t status information is directly passed through to Central Supervision for further maintenance processing. Our engineering team is also capable to create custom applications depending on project needs, based on the .Net framework.
